A memorandum of cooperation has been signed between the Committee for Architecture and Construction under the government of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities of Russia, and Rosatom, a Russian state corporation, Trend reports.
This document was signed during the III International Construction Championship, which took place in St. Petersburg from October 17 to 20.
The memorandum encompasses collaboration in the fields of construction, housing, and communal services. It includes planning technical solutions, designing and operating urban and municipal infrastructure, as well as state expertise in project documentation, ecological security, and energy security.
Moreover, this document aims to facilitate the exchange of expertise between the two countries, support educational projects for training and skill development in the construction industry, and promote scientific research in the fields of architecture and construction.
The III International Construction Championship was organized by the Ministry of Construction of Russia, Rosatom state corporation, “Russia: The Country of Opportunities,” the presidential platform, Gazprom (Russia’s energy company), and the Government of St. Petersburg.
